We were appointed as the structural and civil engineers for a new purpose‑built Animal Care Centre for Grimsby Institute. Our role encompassed the full structural design of the building, ensuring a robust and efficient framework capable of supporting a wide range of specialist teaching spaces. We also delivered the civil engineering design for the site, including drainage, external levels, and associated infrastructure required to integrate the new facility seamlessly into the wider campus. The facility was completed and has been welcoming the students since September 2025. This project showcases our ability to deliver technically complex educational buildings whist maintaining long‑term operational performance.
