The Lavender Fields project has been delivered over multiple phases, culminating in a modern, high‑specification residential care community. Phase 1 focused on constructing the main care home facility and it’s accommodation wings. The central communal hub was formed using a steel frame wrapped in a combination of masonry and timber finishes, while the residential wings adopted traditional construction methods with timber trusses and masonry cavity walls. Phase 2 extended the development with new access roads and a full associated drainage network to support the growing site. Phase 3 introduced a series of independent‑living bungalows, completing the vision for a diverse and flexible care environment. Our involvement spanned the structural and civil engineering elements across these phases, ensuring robust design, seamless integration, and long‑term functionality for the entire development.
